What do I do if I forget my parental password?

Send an e-mail to support@easybits.com with your license number and pin code and ask for a reset code, we will generate and send you the code that will reset your password.

Can I use the same license on several computers?

No, you need a new license for each PC you want Magic Desktop installed on.

Is it possible to move my current license to another computer?

Yes, you can move your license to another PC. Download and install Magic Desktop on the other PC from our website. After you have installed Magic Desktop, click on the following option "Move license from another machine" in the license activation window. Then enter your license and pin code, and click OK. Your license has now been moved to the new machine.

How do I get an e-mail address so I can use Magic Mail?

You need to create e-mail addresses with your ISP (Internet service provider), or another e-mail provider that offers POP3 mail accounts. Please note, along with your e-mail address you also need to enter correct POP3 and SMTP server names address in Magic Mail Account Wizard. These server names you can get from your ISP or e-mail account provider.

What happens if I loose or forget my license and pin code?

Send a support query to support@easybits.com with a copy of the receipt which you received after purchasing Magic Desktop and ask for recovery of your license number.

How do I activate my license after I have paid for it?

Just restart Magic Desktop from your PC, and click on the "Activate license" button in the license dialog window. Your license is now active.

When I send e-mail from Magic Mail, must the recipient also have Magic Mail installed to read the messages?

No, when you send images and text any e-mail program can read the messages. If you send a multimedia message (sound or greeting cards), the recipient needs either use Magic Mail or the Magic Mail Viewer to view the message.
